🇮🇹 The Italian Roots
The restaurant was founded by Italian chef Kristian Luciano Spera, who comes from Sardinia, Italy. Growing up in Italy, he was surrounded by the tradition of simple, fresh, everyday food — pizza slices and freshly made pasta.
Instead of fine dining, the idea was to recreate the casual street food experience Italians eat daily.
